1. General Statement

The services provided by Binvank™, including its trading platform, copy trading, MAM, payment solutions, or any other product offered under this brand, are not available to individuals or legal entities located, incorporated, domiciled, or residing in restricted jurisdictions.

2. Restricted Jurisdictions

The following are considered restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

• The United States of America (including its territories and possessions).
• Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Crimea.
• Countries or territories listed under economic sanctions, blacklists, or high-risk advisories issued by international or regional authorities.
• Any jurisdiction where the promotion, offering, or provision of financial services by Binvank™ is legally prohibited.

3. No Targeting or Promotion in the U.S.

Binvank™ does not conduct active or passive solicitation of residents, citizens, or entities incorporated in the United States.

• It is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or any other federal or state entity in the U.S.
• It does not provide products or services to individuals classified as “U.S. Persons” under Regulation S.
• Any interaction by a U.S. resident with the Platform shall be deemed unauthorized and may be immediately blocked.

4. Control Measures

Binvank™ reserves the right to implement technological, manual, or regulatory measures to:

• Restrict access to the Platform from IPs, documents, or behaviors associated with restricted jurisdictions.
• Terminate accounts, freeze funds, or block transactions initiated from such territories.
• Request additional documents to confirm non-residency or lack of activity from these zones.

5. User Responsibility

The User declares and warrants that:

• They are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• They are not a citizen, resident, or entity incorporated in the United States.
• They will not use the Platform to indirectly offer services to individuals or entities in such jurisdictions.

False declarations will be considered a serious breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination of the contractual relationship, without any right to compensation or refund.

6. Updates to the Restricted List

The list of restricted jurisdictions may be updated periodically in response to regulatory changes, internal compliance decisions, or new international sanctions. The current version will be published on binvank.com.

7. Acceptance

Access to and use of Binvank™ services implies the User’s express acceptance of this clause and commitment to comply with the territorial restrictions outlined herein.
