REFUND POLICY

Version 1.0 – June 2025 Binvank™

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy aims to establish the guidelines under which Binvank™ accepts, processes, or denies refund requests. By registering and operating on the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

2. Nature of the Services

Binvank™ offers intangible digital services related to access to financial markets, order execution, technological solutions, copy trading, MAM, and prepaid cards. Therefore, automatic refund policies applicable to physical goods or retail products do not apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • A verifiable technical error on the part of Binvank™.
  • Duplicate charge or incorrect billing not related to trading activity.
  • Cancellation of a paid and unused service prior to its activation.
  • Error in fund transfer attributable to Binvank™ or its authorized processors.

All refund cases require additional documentation and are subject to evaluation by the Compliance team.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Binvank™ will not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Losses resulting from trading activity, copy trading, or order execution.
  • User’s personal decision to discontinue use of the Platform.
  • Market condition changes.
  • Voluntary account closure not attributable to Binvank™.
  • Breach of the Terms and Conditions or associated policies.

5. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted by the account holder through:

  • The request form available in the user panel.
  • Attached proof of the related transaction.
  • A detailed explanation and any supporting evidence.
    Estimated response time is 5 to 10 business days, subject to internal review, audit, and risk control.

6. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction. Binvank™ does not process refunds to third-party accounts or unverified financial instruments.

7. Associated Costs

Binvank™ reserves the right to deduct administrative costs, banking fees, or third-party charges related to the refund process.

8. Refunds Due to Third-Party Errors

If the request is related to a failure by third parties (e.g., payment gateways, card issuers, external providers), the User must first exhaust the complaint process with that provider. Binvank™ may offer support but assumes no liability for issues outside its control.

9. Protection Against Abuse

Any attempt at fraud, abuse, or repeated and unfounded requests may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent closure of the User’s account.
  • Retention of funds under investigation.
  • Reporting to relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

10. Modifications

Binvank™ may update this policy at any time. The current version will be published at binvank.com and will take effect immediately upon publication.

11. Acceptance

By using Binvank™ services, the User accepts this Refund Policy and acknowledges that no automatic right to a refund exists except under the conditions stated in this document.
