If you wish to delete your trading account with a broker, please contact this broker directly. If you wish to delete your Spotware demo account, fill in the form below.
Please note that the deletion of your trading accounts does not lead to the deletion of the cTrader ID account.
cTrader ID account
If you want to delete your cTrader account (cTrader ID), you must first unlink all trading accounts from it: close or link them to another cTrader ID account. To unlink or close trading accounts, please contact your broker.
After closing the trading accounts, submit a request to us for the deletion of your cTrader ID account using the form below. Once we receive your request, we will contact you via the email associated with your account.
Please note that after deletion, your account cannot be restored but you can register a new one using the same email address. The deletion of your account will result in the termination of partnerships with your invited traders. You will also lose access to the previously uploaded trading algorithms – https://ctrader.com/algos/new – as well as the ability to edit your previously posted jobs for developers within the community – https://ctrader.com/jobs. You will also be unsubscribed and will stop receiving notifications about new messages in Forum topics you are subscribed to. Your trading history will remain in anonymised form.
